After helping so many people, knowing that there are countless others who have suffered so needlessly and could so easily be helped, I became determined to share what I know. That's why I wrote this book. It is to you, the patient, that I primarily address Healing Pain and Injury. I want you to have the right tools for your journey back to health.

In my thirty years as an osteopathic physician, I have successfully treated thousands of patients who have come to my door suffering from the hidden symptoms of traumatic injury.
